Education Enhancement Center
The Education Enhancement Center is an extension of all Pioneer Technology full-time programs. The center is designed to support students in CareerTech education by providing assistance in basic as well as advanced skills for their specified training program.
This includes:
• providing extra help in math and reading
• providing one-on-one assistance for program skills
• providing job readiness training and resumes
Each student will have access to the EEC computer lab, which provides student access to KeyTrain, a program designed to advance skill levels in the individual's desired field.
At the end of instruction students will be administered the WorkKeys skills test to validate their skills in relation to industry standards.
Job Readiness training is offered throughout the school year. Each student will create a job-ready resume as well as a portfolio.
Pioneer Technology Center believes in taking a personal interest in each student. At PTC we have high expectations for our students and we strive to provide the support to help them achieve that expectation.
