Each year, more than 1,500 students enroll in our technical training, certification, and leisure classes. Courses range in length from just a few hours to complete semester offerings.

Pioneer Tech strives to meet industry needs. Throughout the year, Pioneer Tech offers a variety of open enrollment health related classes. These classes are scheduled mostly in the evenings and taught by experienced professionals in the healthcare field.

Computer Training has never been easier! Whether it is computer training for your handheld, desktop, or laptop, Pioneer Technology Center’s Adult Computer Training department offers you or your business more choices for learning. We can provide a flexible education program with courses ranging from entry level to advanced. Courses range from the basics to advanced and include:

Industrial Trades
These courses are designed for the hands-on student who wants to learn a new skill or who just wants to improve their skill level. These courses include:

Most real estate classes are offered through a mix of classroom, correspondence, and interactive television instruction. Via these methods, Pioneer Tech offers Basic Real Estate, Post Licensing, Continuing Education, and Broker Training.
Food Service
Our food service classes are often taken by career minded students to enhance their job skills and just to have fun. Students learn about the importance of preparing and serving quality, delicious food! PTC offers foods courses in cake decorating, preparing food for a reception, gourmet cooking, & more!
Child Care Training
PTC offers an on-line version of Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT). A student can come to PTC to pick up their textbook and register for their on-line training.
This course is required for professionals entering work at childcare facilities and can be used toward the completion of Child Development Associate (CDA).
Security Training
In today’s world, we are more and more security conscious. PTC offers you the CLEET quality training for professional security guards. Training courses in this career field include- Private Security Guard and Private Investigator
Special Interest Classes
We offer a variety of other courses that can enhance your work life and personal life. These courses include: Spanish, Quilting, and Floral Design.
NEW! Online Learning
We now offer online courses in a partnership with Ed2Go and Gatlin Education Services. These programs are designed with the flexibility to fit your schedule. You go online to do your work when it is convenient for you. The following are just some of the programs included in our 300 plus titles:
