2001 Pioneer Technology Center (PTC) cosmetology graduate, Buffy Reaves (right), opened Genesis, a new salon in Ponca City.  Reaves is the owner and operator of the facility.  She has hired Amanda Palmer (left), a recent graduate of PTC's cosmetology program.  According to PTC cosmetology instructor, Sandy Payne, "I am proud of both girls. It is a testament to our training program that seasoned cosmetologists are finding value in the current graduates that we are developing."
