Pioneer Technology Center’s (PTC) Children’s Lab and Preschool has once again passed the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Accreditation process to be a Three Star Center. PTC’s center also boasts that it is the only Three Star center in Kay County. According to Melissa Fruits, PTC Early Care and Education Lab Coordinator, "The accreditation process is challenging, but it recognizes the strong mark of quality we uphold at our center." The purpose of the NAEYC accreditation system is to help families, educators, and many others in our community recognize the value of setting high standards for all programs for young children.
