Management Development
This program provides customized training, support, and consulting services for human resource development and frontline supervisors and employees. This training for management level personnel includes strategic planning; team building, interpersonal & communication skills, customer service, retail and organizational management.
The program hosts two Human Resource Management courses that enable employers to improve their hiring and management of employee skills. A local chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management helps keep employers abreast of changes in federal employment law.
Front-line supervisors can find help and support through the program's "Real Time Supervision" class, and "Leadership Dynamics for Creating Value" class and a class entitled "Managing Work Process and Systems."
The Management Development program also provides customer service and retail sales training to employers involved in a service or sales industry.
